I like these mints because I can keep my aligners in and freshen my mouth too! I keep a package at work, dinner table, and nightstand. You would never know they are sugar free because they are sweet enough. I will try choc. mint next time.

Movemints are massively helpful for my aligner journey by helping my aligners sit more quickly. The mouth hydrating aspect is a huge bonus as well.

I’m 49 years old and now in my 6th week of Invisalign. I’m a food snacker so knew aligners might be a challenge. These mints are not very minty, but the flavor is fine and they make it easier to be compliant and satisfy my gum or candy craving. I like that they help seat my trays and the ingredients help fight cavities. I just received my 2nd order and will order more.

I’m doing a very short run with my aligners after completing my Vivos palette explanation. I did have TMD, which vivos fixed, so using the chewies that came for aligners made my jaw hurt.

These mints are great, since they are lower profile than the chewies, and don’t hurt my jaw. Plus, they taste great and help keep everything fresh and clean.

I showed the mints to my dentist and he was very excited about them. I even suggested that he could give them out to his patients, and he loved that idea!

I first tried a sample pack of the movements, I loved the orange flavor the most! They work great to seat my aligners and I love that they have xylitol to help stop cavities. The only thing I’d recommend is to make more flavors like raspberry or strawberry or something. Or maybe different types of mints, a stronger one would be nice!

I like the taste and helps keep breath fresh.. also when you first get started you have a dry mouth, these help that as well. They taste good my teens like to use them as mints
