Healthy, but small to hold and place where wanted, breaks down with bite and saliva, single use. We chose to use tongue depressor instead.

I love these little mints. They do help with the added pressure on my aligners and help relieve discomfort. But, at .25 a piece, and I could use 5 or 6 a day, they are way too expensive.

I like these mints because I can keep my aligners in and freshen my mouth too! I keep a package at work, dinner table, and nightstand. You would never know they are sugar free because they are sweet enough. I will try choc. mint next time.
